Minimum order quantities vary by product. For most pharma APIs and chemicals, MOQ starts from 25 kg. For bulk solvents and industrial chemicals, MOQ is typically 1 drum (200 litres). Contact us with your specific requirement and we'll confirm.

Every shipment comes with: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin. Phytosanitary certificates are available for applicable products.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and LC (Letter of Credit). For new buyers, we typically work on 100% advance or 30% advance + 70% against copy of B/L. Repeat buyers may qualify for extended terms after establishing trade history.

Yes, we provide samples for most products. Sample quantities are typically 100–500g for pharma APIs and 1–5 litres for solvents. Samples are dispatched within 3 working days with full COA and MSDS documentation.
