Our founder Rasik Panchal began trading pharmaceutical raw materials in Mumbai in 1995 under Amul Trading Company. Over the next decade, the business grew into a multi-entity export group — with Harshit Export introduced in 2005 to expand international reach.
In 2020, the group consolidated under JPM Pharma & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. — a formally incorporated Private Limited company bringing structure, compliance and scale to our export operations.
Today, we export 500+ products to buyers across 20+ countries, backed by ISO 9001:2015, GMP and FDA certifications — and the same founding values of quality, honesty and speed.

Rasik Panchal establishes Amul Trading Company in Mumbai — supplying pharmaceutical raw materials to domestic manufacturers and building foundational supplier relationships in the chemical trade.
A second trading entity, Harshit Export, is introduced to expand the group's reach into international markets — serving chemical and pharma buyers across multiple countries.
The group steadily grows its international buyer base across Asia and Africa, expanding the product portfolio to include metallic salts, industrial solvents and specialty chemicals.
JPM Pharma & Chemicals Private Limited is incorporated as a formal Private Limited entity (CIN: U24290MH2020PTC346104), consolidating the group's export operations under one certified, compliant company.
JPM Pharma achieves ISO 9001:2015 (Royal Assessments), GMP (UK Global Certification) and FDA Compliance (Progressive International Certifications) — all valid until 2028. GST registration amended. Three directors lead the company forward.
